[IMAGE] Out with the old and in with the new is what's going to happen here.

Dale has made a few upgrades to the aircraft prior to us getting it such as the Garmin GNS 530 but the factory ARC equipment just isn't staying fixed and Dale wants it all to disappear. the old ARC autopilot doesn't do very well flying this aircraft, thus it's coming out also. We are going to fabricate new instrument panels to make the aircraft look modern. It should be interesting to see how our weight and balance ends up. Even though we are adding a lot more equipment, I'd be willing to bet we will gain around 45 pounds of useful load.

Dave Bost will be in charge of the project with Steve Walkers assistance. We will be adding a S-Tec System 55X, Altitude pre-select, remote autopilot annunciator, single cue flight director, custom lighting, custom panels, BOSE interface boxes, EX-500 data link, King HSI system, SkyWatch TCAD, GTX-327 transponder (2ea), new instruments and a host of other things I'm sure I've forgotten. Be sure to follow along on this project, the end results will worth the work!
